Asymptotic properties of neutral type linear systems

Exponential stability and solution estimates are investigated for a delay systemx˙(t)−A(t)x˙(g(t))=∑k=1mBk(t)x(hk(t)) of neutral type, where A Bk n×n bounded matrix functions, g,hk delayed arguments. Stability tests applicable to wide class linear systems with time-varying coefficients delays. In addition, explicit exponential solutions both homogeneous non-homogeneous obtained the first time. These inequalities not just asymptotic estimates, they valid on every finite segment evaluate short- long-term behavior solutions.
